The legal representatives of the minor, by free will and by mutual agreement, have agreed to conclude this Agreement on the processing and storage of personal data of the minor, hereinafter referred to as the Agreement.

West University of Timișoara, Personal Data Operator, represented by Marilen-Gabriel Pirtea, having the position of Rector, based in Timișoara, bd. Vasile P â rvan no. 4, Timiș County, telephone + 40- (0) 256-592111, fax + 40- (0) 256-592310, e-mail address: admitere@e-uvt.ro, fiscal code / unique registration code 4250670, processes and stores the personal data provided by you for the West University of Timișoara.

Unique article

(1) The signatories agree to take all reasonable steps necessary to prevent the disclosure of information which they receive from each other or which they may obtain in other ways during their undergraduate / master's degree studies.

(2) Upon signing this Agreement, the signatories become aware of the processing of personal data and express their free, express and unequivocal consent to such processing for the fulfillment of legal obligations, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of persons.

(3) By „ Personal Data ” means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person („ data subject ”); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifying element, such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or by reference to one or more specific elements, proper to his physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

(4) The purpose for which the data will be used:

It is mandatory to provide your personal data in order to perform the operations necessary for pre-enrollment / enrollment (including online) at one or more UVT faculties, to prepare any situation related to the student's university activity. All data is processed in order to generate a centralized database and possible statistics. The refusal to provide the requested data has as a consequence the impossibility to appear in the records of the West University of Timișoara. The responsibility for the authenticity and correspondence of the personal data contained in the digital / scanned and original documents requested in the admission process belongs exclusively to the applicants.

 (5) The personal data subject to processing concern: name and surname, sex, date and place of birth, citizenship, ethnicity, signature,   phone number, address (home / residence), e-mail address, profession, labor market status, training – diploma – studies, family situation, health data, including those belonging to a disadvantaged group on the basis of disabilities, as well as special data provided by the beneficiaries and for which you express in writing and expressly agree to use the regarding the personal numerical code and the series and number of the identity document / passport, for the purpose of processing them for the preparation of any situation related to your professional activity.

(6) Your participation in public events organized by the university or organized by the university in collaboration with its partners is considered a tacit agreement regarding the use of images made at those events.

(7) The rights enjoyed by the data subject are: the right of access, the right to rectify or delete personal data, the right to request a restriction on the processing of personal data, the right to data portability, the right to oppose the processing of personal data concerning the person, the right to go to court and the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing, the right not to be the subject of an automated decision-making process (creation of profiles).

(9) The signatories also undertake to take, at their own risk, all reasonable precautions to ensure the security and prevention of any illegal, unauthorized destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, acquisition or access to the „ Personal Data “ held on the other side. However, î if   the personal data   provided has been accessed or obtained by an unauthorized person or any î data breach   each Party shall immediately notify the other Party of such incident and shall cooperate with a view to taking any measures deemed necessary to mitigate any loss or damage caused by such unauthorized access and to notify the National High Authority.
